Rugerbey

Well, the sun is out and rugby kicks off again today, with The Scarlets and The Dragons playing Edinburgh and Glasgow respectively. I've got a nice new aerial on the roof of the monastery and I'm going to watch with Brother Gibbon.

Got my bike tinkered with too, so as to fix an annoying clanking sound. The chaps at the Bike Shed were excellent. God bless them all.

I'm pedalling like a bloody virgin on heat. Great news or what?

I've seen a lot more of this place than I thought there was, and as such I've filled my mind with good new stuff. I've sweated loads too, and within a couple of months I think we'll be looking at a new non-unfit me.
